All the Dostoyevsky You Could Ever Want

This is a hugely expansive and impressive collection. Excellent narrators, perfect sound quality, and the entire thing is properly indexed (some reviews have said it doesn't, but I think that might have been an early error that has now been fixed as I can navigate between individual sections and books with ease now).

This is the best collection I've ever bought on Audible - would wholeheartedly recommend!

It was sometimes confusing to follow the story.

This is not one of his best writings although it does give an insight in the Russian mind.

A great collection

Some of the greatest works of fiction ever in one collection. Brilliantly read and some great inclusions to give some more detail about the author, which in turn helps go be greater understanding to the works. I would recommend and will listen to many of these again over time.

No chapter headings

This currently has no chapter headings so is very difficult to navigate. It is a comprehensive and useful collection and the performance seems good. I will happily repurchase when this issue has been rectified, or if it is clarified that it can be rectified retrospectively.

Freudian Farce

I'm currently on chapter 14 of Book 14 of the Brothers Karamazov (almost the end).

It is billed as a comedy, but seldom has it made me laugh out.

It is a bit like Shakespearean drama mixed with a Brian Rix farce. With a bit of phillosophy and a good deal of extended vocabulary thrown in. There even may be a bit theology in there.

This close to the end and I still don't really know how it will finally reveal itself.

Well worth the effort of listening on Audible.
