Summary
Meet Surbiton’s most famous residents; Tom, Barbara, Margo and Jerry.

The perfect sitcom, still.
I’m my opinion this sitcom has never been better. Flawless writing, perfectly cast, just sad there were so few episodes!

Great trip down memory lane
A must for those fans of the original TV series. Great nostalgia trip. Great listening. The pendant in me has picked up on 2 niggles tho. Penelope Keith calls a butter churn a milk churn in her narration and calls a broom a 'sweeping brush'. it's a broom!!!!

wonderful nostalgic fun
Had me laughing out loud.
Remembering the original TV series it was wonderful to listen again.
Clever scripts and fine actors made this a classic comedy series.

Very enjoyable
Listening to this series took me back to being a teenager watching the programme on TV. I could even visualise what was happening. Good clean fun.

As Good as it gets.
Grew up watching this series on television.
I personally remember so many of the episodes so that was an added bonus.
Penelope Keith aka Margo setting the scene with her descriptions at the beginning and a timely parts throughout each episode made it all come alive in my minds eye.
Appreciate that this would not appeal to all and certainly not if you had not seen the TV series, but that’s just a misfortune for the younger generation.
