About this listen
The risk factors in exercise and athletics are going up. Why? Because people don't have enough information to know how to dose and scale the activities they do. The biggest problem in fitness today is not availability or access to fitness professionals, nor is it availability of information. It's a little simpler than that, and in this collection of recorded live lectures, Gray Cook explains what he's learned about movement and movement learning in his years as a physical therapist and strength coach.

Fantastic
Excellent reference material that brings the Movement book to life. Really interesting and sound concepts discussed in clear to understand language. A must have for anyone serious about training and preventing injury.

Gold nuggets of movement info
A collection of lectures from Gray Cook that delight in going underneath the hood of our bodies & how they move.
He's one smart man but the concepts he shares are easy to take on-board & they will make you look at movement & treatment for pain in a whole different way.
Superb stuff.
