About this listen

Neil Josten is out of time. He knew when he came to PSU he wouldn't survive the year, but with his death right around the corner he's got more reasons than ever to live.

Befriending the Foxes was inadvisable. Kissing one is unthinkable. Neil should know better than to get involved with anyone this close to the end, but Andrew's never been the easiest person to walk away from. If they both say it doesn't mean anything, maybe Neil won't regret losing it, but the one person Neil can't lie to is himself.

He's got promises to keep and a team to get to championships if he can just outrun Riko a little longer, but Riko's not the only monster in Neil's life. The truth might get them all killed - or be Neil's one shot at getting out of this alive.

Fantastic!

I absolutely love this series. The characters are diverse and interesting and the main is so lovable. The story isn't exactly realistic (as in the events wouldn't happen in everyday life) but the characters and their struggles are. The relationships are real and watching them learn to trust and find a reason to stay is heartwarming. It's not pretty but that's life, there are struggles and I have thoroughly enjoyed watching these characters find each other. Incase you couldn't tell by now I've been very touched by this series, I jumped in blind and I do not regret it at all. I would definitely recommend these books. I'm really rather obsessed haha <3

Explosive finale

The performance was amazing as always, and I'm glad I gave this trilogy a chance.

Amazing Conclusion

This book was honestly amazing. The plot and character development made the story so enjoyable, I was replying so many parts of most chapters. I love the build up of Neil and Andrews relationship and I loved reading about the growing bond between the Foxes, especially after Neil's secrets were revealed. I'm sad the story has come to its end but I will definitely be keeping this in my audible library for a reread in the future. Overall, I'm so happy I kept hearing about this series km bookstagram. This series is worth the praise it gets 😊

This book cannot be paused!

This book was everything I wanted and more! The plot was full of twists and utter chaos, the characters are complex and it’s got a found family trope what more could you want.

Wow that was a ride! Dark, deep and satisfying!

Great development thinking back from book one to third! So much growth and twists. Only wish the epilogue was little sweeter (even though this isn’t a sweet romance AT ALL) still wonderful 💕

the best of the series

I was very neutral about the first book. Strongly disliked the second. But the third really redeemed the series for me.
I would firstly like to praise the performance which I spoke negatively about on my previous reviews. The voice actor really embodied every character and made them stand really apart from each other. His narration style has improved and there were moments that I was really impressed by his skill in voicing so many different characters.
The story really came together for this last novel and it was the least repetitive book of the series. Although it still repeated itself at least 5 times with similar phrases and expressions I was pleasantly surprised by the more mature writing. The writer really developed and the book no longer felt like a fanfiction.
The love story finally appeared in the series and although the moments were only few they felt strong and real.
I would all on all recommend this book series, but I was put a huge disclaimer that it is for mature audience and a triger warning for sexual abuse.
