It made me cry

A very different post-apocalyptic story. How are people affected by a slow apocalypse. How do you go on, when you know there is no future. The last teacher, Rae, is a true inspiration ❤️

I really wanted more

I thought this short story was really well written. I wanted to know more .
It’s a stand alone prequel so I don’t suppose the teacher or the main child will be in the actual books but I enjoyed it enough to have a look

Short and thoughtful

A good little prequel and thought provoking moral to the end story. Easy but fast paced storyline that makes you think about the choices we make in life.

Not worth a whole credit

I enjoy this but it’s only an hour long - I hadn’t noticed the length when Audible recommended it to me. I used my monthly credit to purchase it but it seems like a bit of a waste for only an hour.

A quick listen

I think this would have made more sense to me if I had read some of the books it is the prequel to. Well written - I will have to take a look at the others in this series.
