You don't need a title to be a leader...
...seems to be the only take out from this extremely repetitive book. Quite what this means or how you'd go about leading an organisation from the bottom isn't clear. To be fair I only got half way through, but after three hours of repetitive hyperbole about how life changing the book would be – not to mention the totally implausible characters and cringeworthy dialogue of the parable format – I could take no more. I've seen the author speak and know he has some valuable advice to give, but this book just did not work for me.

Amazing Book!
This book is amazing. Robin Sharma really goes deep into the ways in which one can really lead their field and ultimately live a more meaningful life. I've heard other books of his, so I did find some of the things quite repetitive, but having said that this explains his Leadership morals in depth and in much more detail than any other books he has written.
If you're into personal development and are looking for motivational and inspirational reads then this is a must. This book will definitely help you in many ways, it certainly had helped me and changed my view on alot of things.

Too focus on success as in having a great car, etc
Insightful and awareness awaking, great tools inside. But also far too (north)American dream focused, not questioning at all the ethics of the military nor those of big companies in big cities.

What did I just listen to?
I’m sorry, but this was very disappointing. I didn’t get anything at all from listening to this audiobook.
The dialog was bad. The story was bad. And no good points except typical cliches.
Don’t buy this book.

Not worth listening to
I like the work of Robin Sharma but was very disappointed with 'The Leader Who Had No Title'. I only managed to listen for an hour before switching it off. I feel the author picked the message he wished to deliver and then fabricated a very flimsy, evangelistic fable around it which left me feeling patronized. Not for me!.

Lead without a title!
You will enjoy reading or listening it. New ideas on "how to lead when you dont have a position." In simple words, the book teaches you to get out of misconceptions about leadership and accept it as its actual purpose, which is to serve and lead with example. Many of the book's abbreviations and acronyms made it all the more fun to engage with and learn the core principles of leading without a title!
