Probably my favourite healing aid...
Love this!!! I've lived with Chronic pain syndrome, Every day for Yeeaarrrs!! Tried Many a tablet, potions etc, to have began using these healing meditations a few years ago, I never looked back, this is lovely for a new way to help soothe irritating, debilitating pain. I swear by it, as long as you're gonna stick with it, !0 minute meditations, I wouldn't have believed it until i'd experienced this peaceful easy feeling...;) bitesized portions of peace, so very grateful for finding Philip Permutt author/narrator;) this review has been a long time in the study & making. Appreciation rant over; to you & find out for yourself;) Blessings & Peace. Dx
