Love being back in this world!
Love being back in this world! When I saw that this story would have a sneaky lil $ta|ker, I knew I absolutely HAD to read/listen to the book!
Devil's Thirst was a great story. I loved seeing the romance unfold between Mellie and Sante while they navigated the issues going on in Mellie's life.
I'd classify this story as a slow burn and I LOVED it! It showed these two could be together without being TOGETHER and I felt like they were stronger as a result!
I listened to the audiobook, narrated by Brooke Daniels and Peter Alden in dual narration. I really like Brooke's female voice, so that was a plus! Definitely planning on listening to the next book in the series as well.

Bring on the romantic suspense!
This is why I love Jill Ramsower. The perfect mix of romance and suspense and I am hooked. Amelie is still recovering from her ordeal. Being kidnapped has her on the edge, though she does her best to stay under the wire and away from those that took her. Sante has taken the role of her protector, to the point that his obsession is taking on stalker vibes. But she has no idea he is Sante, he is just her neighbor who is hot and is looking out for her. He is keeping her safe, at least he thinks so, until he isn't. Lessons to be learned, and passion to be had, these two are burning up the pages! I loved this story, the flow, the suspense, the building passion, it pushes all the right buttons for me. Can't wait for more of these Moretti Men!
Brooke Daniel and Peter Alden tell this story and just WOW. Daniels has the sweet sound that is Amelie. She gives her the innocence with the underlying experience that only she has. Alden is a new to me narrator and loved this voice. He has the alpha tone, that warm protectiveness that has a dangerous quality, but can also be that hug that keeps her safe. Loved this team and their performance.

Raw, Intense and Captivating!
This is the first book in the Moretti Men Series, a Stalker Mafia Romance. Sante and Amelie's story is raw, intense, and passionate. Sante is enigmatic and possessive. Amelie is beautiful, strong, caring and brave. They are opposites attract, and they are perfect together. I liked the tension and the slow burn. The storyline is captivating. Brooke Daniels and Peter Alden did a fantastic job bringing these characters and this story to life. I enjoyed it. Looking forward to more in the series.

Suspense, intrigue, and tension
This audiobook was amazing and I really enjoyed listening to it. Brooke Daniels and Peter Alden were really good choices to voice Amelie and Sante. This stalker, dark, mafia, touch her and die, slow burn, secret identity romance was really well written and the characters were well developed. This book was full of suspense, tension, and intrigue. The stalker element was really well done and it made this a captivating read.
