The story itself is gripping.
I had to suspend my disbelief at the age of the protagonists and I did find the main charcter's voice slightly annoying.
I loved the New York settings and it really made me want to visit the places mentioned.

Great mystery if you can suspend disbelief
This is a terrific audiobook and a great plot but the fact that it's set in middle school just pushed the boundaries of fiction far too far for me.

Suspense & intrigue
Really loved listening to this and thoroughly enjoyed the story; I’m normally pretty good at predicting endings early on but there were enough twists and turns to keep me guessing for a while! My only issue was that I found it super weird that it was set in middle school… would have made more sense to be set in high school, nothing any of the teen characters did was even slightly believable for 13yo’s… even still I’d recommend listening to this!

Amazing
This is actually the first audiobook I’ve listened to. I loved this listening to it in about 5 days. The voice acting and sound design was amazing really made your feel like you where there in the moment and I really didn’t see the ending coming. I highly recommend
