Summary
Two boys melt strange pink rocks in a fire, only to discover they are actually organisms that are living in a dormant volcano. Evil robotic dogs are mining them to use for organic computers. The boys attempt to rescue the organisms from the dogs, who then declare war on the alien planet the boys live on. This is the 12th of a multi-volume series, each book building on a new adventure.
