Summary
Jess Carter only wants to finish out her senior year of high school. No friends, no boyfriends, and definitely not an insanely hot, overprotective guy who might possibly be her mate. No thanks. She only came to the tiny town of Banks, Idaho, to make sure her dad doesn't do anything too crazy. Like buy the local motel where you pay by the hour.
Dangerous stalkers and a group of students known as the Pack are the opposite of what she plans on, but that doesn't change the fact that she has zero intentions of getting involved. At all. Period. End of story. Except, the stalkers are after her; the insanely hot guy is one of the high school coaches; and the Pack...well, let's just say the name suits them.
With nowhere else to turn, Jess must rely on the Pack to protect her, but in doing so, she becomes caught up in a brewing war over territory and power. One that may cost her everything.

Great book
this is the second time I have listened to this book and I have enjoyed it just as much as the first time.
this is well worth a purchase if u like books about wear wolves.
this book gives you a feel and background into all characters and follows on in the next book.
narrator easy to listen too also.

At first I wasn’t sure about this book as I usually gravitate to longer single novels but this book and the rest in its series impressed me greatly and was definitely worth the listen
Great narration
Great story (I mean sometimes the plot was hard to follow but overall an adorable romance)
Great characters (Jess is sarcastic and smart and I love it! Great contrast to Dominic’s serious domineering personality)

loved the series
I blasted through the whole series really quickly. Its emersive. I love the fast paced and the action. the characters are great. I am now going to find other books she has written

different take on mates... but enjoyable
This book is definitely a different take on what I can only assume is fated mates kind of thing, but to be honest that's a good thing as it's nice to read a different take on it.... at least I'm assuming that's why the connection is so strong between to the two main Characters.
I like the fact that this is seen from a different angle. I love both the Characters. Jess definitely has no issue standing up for herself, and Dominic is definitely an alpha male but has more control and treats her with respect whilst not really understanding why she affects him and why a temp bond occurs just from a kiss to her neck.
Enjoyed the narration and the story.

Absolutely loved it!
Definitely a new favourite. Would 100% recommend this title. Love the narrater! Found this by following what she'd narrated.
