A good book but not a excellent book.
This book is quite long winded maybe what you would expect from an academic but there is certainly lots to be learned in this book.

Really helpful!
This is pretty short audio but provided enough helpful information that I already see a difference in my social skills and awkwardness. Good narration! Recommend to anyone who is self-conscious in social situations and just needs a little advice to help.
