Perfect for recovering from shoulder surgery

Last year I had shoulder surgery and am finally ready to do more than basic stretching exercises. I found this wonderful book on strength and mobility and am loving it. The book does an amazing job explaining the best way to improve my grip and reaching up, as those have been nonexistent since surgery. At first I was worried that this is an audiobook, but really it is so much better. I listen to the book and watch myself in the mirror so I don't overdo it and hurt myself. I am sure this book will help anyone who is recovering from surgery as it has helped me.
