Full of Useful Information
This book is very detailed, It discusses many ways to invest, whether you want a rental property or a property to buy and sell. As each possibility is discussed the author compares the pros and cons of whether to buy a residential or commercial property. Also the pros and cons of renting while living on the property or off the property. And the pros and cons of many different ways of buying and selling. The author gives many reference websites and places such as Craigslist to gather information. If you plan on getting into real estate investing, I highly recommend this book.

You can make money by becoming a landlord!
If you have ever contemplated buying real estate and building a portfolio of properties, but just did not have the confidence to take the leap - then this book is for you. Lots of fantastic, practical tips to set you up for success. I actually had NO CLUE how many responsibilities are required for landlords. Highly recommend if you are just starting your real estate journey to listen to this book!

SO HELPFUL!!
For those who are new to real estate investment, this book offers sound guidance on the ins and outs of the field. It contains the following: an explanation of various metrics, including how to calculate them and why they are significant; a list of places to look for properties and the connections to make in order to facilitate real estate investing; an outline of what to expect from a property manager for both residential and commercial properties; indicators of when it's time to sell; and a sound warning tone and advice for novices to follow. This book offers an in-depth examination of real estate investing. It resembles a road plan for profitable real estate investing. It's an excellent resource for anyone considering making a real estate investment. Strongly recommended! It will serve as a beacon of light!

I have always been interested in real estate investing but didn't know where or how to start. And I found this book very interesting and helpful as soon as I listened to it.
