Enjoyed
Got into this book straight away and it kept me engaged throughout. This is the first book in the series and you will need to read the next one to find out the ending. Although I enjoyed this as an older reader I think it is also suitable for younger readers. The narrator was excellent.

Rose are red ..ummm just get this book.
Wow, No you can't just stop there!!! I am only going to do a short review because I am off to start listening to the next book. As you probably can tell I really enjoyed this book, it is not my normal choice of listening material but the blurb sounded interesting and once I got past the tears I was hooked. It is a slow build up to the conclusion but what a build up it is. I listened to it all in one sitting as I wanted to find out what was happening next. I liked the main character and the author has a way of writing that had me feeling the emotions along with her, as well as the suspense and mystery.
To lose someone is hard for anyone but when it is a thirteen year old girl and the person to die is her sister it is especially hard. When she withdrawals into herself her parents do the right thing by sending her to a shrink. But how can she tell the shrink her dead sister is writing to her when she doesn't believe it herself? Her dead sister's treasured dairy soon starts turning into a waking nightmare when previously blanks pages start turning up shaky handwriting that belong to her sister. With her two best friends Jacqueline must peace together the few clues her sister is leaving her to try and find out what her sister is so desperate to tell her that she is willing to let everyone believe her little sister has gone mad.
I really liked the narrator and found her emotional voice tugging at the heart strings.
