Summary
The Search for Broken Sky is a story of unconditional love, uncompromising friendship, and unassailable loyalty between a young Native American woman, her faithful dog, and a horse of legendary intelligence, grace, and beauty. While some see them as outcasts in a community already widely viewed as outsiders, it is their own commitment to one another that they cling to and hold most dear. The journey will take them across the majestic beauty and untamed wilderness of Wyoming, following a century-old smugglers' route along the Bighorn River.
