Summary

George Whitefield was a man of God who helped to usher in massive revival throughout young America. A fiery preacher who would weep for his hearers while preaching to them, was one who sought after truth and proclaimed the way of life till the end of his life. Though some may disagree with his stance on Calvinism, none can deny his passion for his Lord Jesus Christ. May this book provoke you unto deeper righteousness as deep calls unto deep.

A fine old sermon

Worth your time. I had to dock one point for some misreadings in the text, the reader not being fully conversant with the syntax of the time, nor the word "antinomianism". This doesn't spoil the whole though as it shows up more in the last section.

Overall I would still give five points as in any event I am grateful that any reader spends their time to get this important material onto Audible.
