This book has been very helpful!
This book has been very helpful, though I think there is room for more in the area of negative stories you tell yourself, I feel like there needed to be more examples and ways to respond to those because to me that is truly the core of the problem with lack of confidence.

Highly recommend!
Even for those of us who have pretty good self-confidence, this book will help with guidance and exercises for those stubborn areas that still make us doubt ourselves. Highly recommend!
