Loved this book about Social Anxiety Cure

I’ve always wanted to learn more about Social Anxiety . So when I came across The Social Anxiety Cure for Women Workbook: Overcome Social Anxiety Disorder, Boost Your Social Skills & Enhance Self Confidence Without Struggling from Shyness, Depression or Self Esteem Issues, I was excited. It’s really actionable, empowering and informative too - in fact, some of the opinions in this book totally surprised me (in a good way!). If you want to discover more about Social Anxiety, The Social Anxiety Cure for Women Workbook will give you loads of great insights - it’s one of my all-time favorites so far. Definitely worth checking out!

Absolute Game Changer

I have had several problems with being in social environments in the past throughout high school and college. After reading this book, I have increased my self-confidence and am now more able to enter conversations with other people and make friends. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone looking to expand their social circle!

Realistic and helpful

This book and the other four I ordered are very very helpful they have Alot of worksheets and Assignments in it but I Do mine on a Separate sheet of paper. I recommend this to anyone looking for self help workbooks

I recommend!

I had some wrong thoughts in my mind. This book has colossally helped me in picking up a precise understanding self-esteem. At first it felt nonsensical, yet when I connected those thoughts throughout my life, I comprehended it's the correct thing.

All about the author

This book was written as an autobiography. It was about the author’s story-no help as promised in the description. Also the narrator was very annoying. She reads without intonation and is apparent that she’s reading instead of talking with the reader. I do not recommend this book!

I have seen greatest result !!

The chapters are short, there is no need to worry about encountering some long and dull articles.
The content is mostly short essays and exercises. I personally find the exercises very helpful.
