Pretty good

I enjoyed the first two thirds of the book even though the sound quality was quite poor compared to other titles and I didn't like the narrators accent. Also there were some skips and jumps with the sound. Ironic on a title that talks lot about sensitive people being irritating by such things...
The final parts offering quite generic advice as trite as "eat well" "don't get mad" could have been chopped out. But overall I am glad I listened to this and will investigate the subject further.

amazing audio-book full of precious and valuable info that everyone should have easy access too while growing up.

This is a great inspirational audiobook

This will most likely change the way you view and react to people who have borderline traits. Good listen for someone familiar with scientific research and those who know nothing about personality disorders, it's gives a good lesson on understanding why some have these traits and how best to help them without destroying your life in the process

I’ve learned so much more about myself, and why I say and do what I do, and most importantly, the tools I need to make positive change. This audiobook is to listen very well. I am only a few pages in and I already love it.

Useful and informative

Deeply moving.

I have gained extensive understanding of myself, and whilst listening to this audiobook, i have been able to apply the reasonings and advice from the psychiatrist to my own life.
