Summary

In order to foil a mass assassination plot, Matt Helm must undertake his most dangerous mission yet: matrimony.

An agent like Helm might be a nice man to live with for a while, but he's not the kind of guy a woman would marry - unless she has to in order to maintain an ingenious cover. The man whose daily bread is violence takes a most unlikely bride - just to ensure death doesn't part them.

Dated

I suppose this can be said for many books but it's not the story but the conversations and thoughts of the characters. If this is representative of the male female relationships in the late 60s and early 70s then we have come a long way. At some points it is hard to listen to the matter of fact way in which some elements are discussed. Of all the books the story in this one is very disappointing and out of character all the way through.
