Summary

Everyone fears being alone. Loneliness can, at times, be terrifying and anxiety-inducing, especially when everyone around you seems to be enjoying their blissfully perfect relationship. But this anthology, comprised of 16 honest and thoughtful essays, will remind you why being single may not be the worst thing in the world and that, simply, it will all be okay in the end.

Ok if you have an extremely simple life

If this book wasn’t for you, who do you think might enjoy it more?

Ok I suppose of you are a teenager or in your twenties and the most serious relationship you have ever had lasted a year tops. You finish with nothing and no one to worry about other than yourself and which shoes will you buy next.Try being nearly 50, with a 25 year relationship crashing and a tone of responsibilities left on your shoulders. I think loneliness has a different meaning then. With the exception of a couple of chapters I found this book childish, stupid and an utter waste of time. Maybe is an age thing.
