About this listen
Three years have passed since the events of The Day Watch. His wife and daughter spending the summer on a dacha not far from Moscow where Anton is working when his boss Gesser reveals he has received an anonymous note. An Other has exposed the truth about their kind to a human, and now intends to convert that human into an Other.
The note has been sent to Zebulon and to the Inquisitions offices in Berne a place whose address only the highest level of mages and sorcerers know. Now cooperating, the Night Watch and the Day Watch, along with an Investigator from the Inquisition, seek to unmask the culprit. Anton will represent the Night Watch, while the Day Watch is sending High Vampire Kostya Saushkin, once Antons teenage neighbour.Installed in the apartment complex to which the letter writer has been traced, Anton begins to investigate the residents one by one.Reviewing the dossiers of the buildings inhabitants, Anton comes across a familiar albeit much younger face. Could Gesser be trying initiate his son as an Other?

The Twilight Watch: Watch, Book 3
Like the previous two, this book is split into three separate (although linked) stories. I love this series for several reasons, one of which is the character progression that you get throughout the books of both the dark and light characters, as they learn, grow and develop their beliefs. The story is written beautifully with wonderful imagery, imagination and plot. The narrator is, in my opinion, one of the best I have heard doing both male and female voices and varying accents equally well so that it is like listening to a play with a full cast. There is nothing that I would criticize, I just hope they release the next story on audio-book soon.

Wraps things up nicely!
This book is a must if you've been through the previous two. It wraps things up well and is definitely worth a listen!

Great fantasy trilogy
I love fantasy and mild sci-fi books, and own the paperbacks of this series. But with lots of long journeys this year I decided to get these audio books for in the car, to help keep me interested and awake!
My least favourite of the trilogy I think, but still great story, the whole series is great and would recommend. The narration is good, once you get past the odd (to me!) change from narration in an American accent, switching to a Russian(ish) accent when speaking as a character. But then I'm from the UK and it just seemed a little odd to me. Good narration though, and good quality audio.

Twists and turns and surprises.
I loved The Night Watch, The Twilight Watch is even better. Again a tale of moral ambiguities and people thrust into situations for which they are utterly un prepared. The cast of characters, some familiar from the previous book are sympathetic, vividly brought to life by the narration. I could not predict what was going to happen at any point because the many twists and turns came so fast I was repeatedly caught off guard. I enjoyed The Twilight Watch so much that I might not be able to wait for next month's credit to purchase The Day Watch,

Excellent read!
This is the third of the series. At this point I knew all the characters and had my favorite one! Anton an other a character that ran through the trilogy was a very interesting being that I wanted to get a happy ending which he got in this book! The books were full of different beings, vampires, shape shifters witches, magicians etc. The book had three stories in it with the third one completing the journey and the trilogy. It was a very good read and I would recommend to someone who likes stories that are different!

Loved the book.
Where does The Twilight Watch rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
It is one of the best books I have ever read (listened to). The narrator brings the book to life.
Any additional comments?
Loved the book, AUDIBLE! I'm still waiting for Last watch, New watch and Sixth watch. What are you waiting for?

Painfully sexist
I quite enjoyed the earlier books, but just got tired of the sexist tropes and descriptions of women, which are particularly bad in this one (though hints of it in earlier books too). Annoying enough to not finish the book.
