Full of Friendly Hacks That Work!
This workbook helped me in so many ways! I’ve always struggled with staying organized, but the hacks in here fit perfectly with how my brain works. It learned I don't have to force myself into systems that don’t stick. This book helped me learn how to use my ADHD to my advantage. I’ve already noticed a difference in how I manage my space, and I’m less overwhelmed. I love how practical the tips are, and it’s refreshing to feel understood rather than judged. If you’re tired of trying and failing at typical organizing advice, there are many good things that you'll learn here.

Helpful
I have ADHD and my wife does not. We read this together and both got something out of it. It’s nice to know that I’m not the only one with some of these quirks.

I feel seen
I love feeling seen and gaining more wisdom about ADHD. The Holderness family created this in a way that my spicy brain connected to in an amazing way. So humorous. It’s great to know I’m not alone in this journey!

Some great tips for our tidy mind and space!
Some part of me has a "cleaning freak" in me, so I love how this book balances practical advice with emotional understanding—it’s empowering and helps you feel guilt-free! I also like how it points out some parts of my thought process I never even realized before. If keeping a tidy space feels like a constant struggle, this audiobook could be beneficial to you!

Great book
A great workbook to tackle some of the struggles of living with adhd. The hacks have been specifically developed for people with adhd to help them tackle everyday tasks that others might find easy but with adhd they can be a struggle. It helps break down chores into easily manageable tasks and works with you rather than against you to be more productive and live an easier and more fulfilling life

ADHD? You want to listen to this Audiobook.
For anyone with ADHD who wants to handle housework with ease, this book is a game-changer. It provides 101 innovative tips and techniques that complement rather than contradict your brain's innate tendencies. The workbook's acceptance of ADHD as a strength and its transforming strategies for staying organized and keeping a clean workspace without feeling overburdened are what I found most useful. This audiobook makes life easier and more manageable for people who want to organize and clean in a way that is more ADHD-friendly.

Amazing!
This audiobook was a welcome change to many of the ADHD books on the market. The quiz to help you know your strengths was a great touch and I like that the author made the pdf available with the audiobook. The book is written with the positive slant of appreciating your ADHD habits as 'superpowers' and that you can learn how to use them to your benefit. It's a very encouraging and uplifting book that is well-researched, and the author's personal experience lends a relatability to it as well.
