Hits the spot

The get-real, matter-of-fact approach of this book wakes you up. Hearing it on audible has the added bonus of making you sit up & pay attention.

Great to listen to during your lunchtime with your headphones on.

Makes very valid and thought provoking points right from the start.

Written out my 25 week plan with a strong sense of accomplishment in the little things. Planning, action and small goal-orientated results and celebrations along the way. Feel ready to go.

Only 2nd day and already cut out sugar from drinks (without crying), stopped late night snacking and set up my exercise bike ready for my new daily routine.

No food guilt, no disappointment, no cheating & no need for super(will)power. It’s about you, not the food. Just a step by step commitment to making the right choices and allowing yourself to feel happier, on-track from day 1 and more carefree along the way, no matter what your starting weight is 🙂

I usually love Dr. Phil, but I was disappointed in this book. It's very wordy but I didn't really get it.
