Masterpiece of science and humour
I am a huge fan of Dan Ariely's work. I'm yet to listen or read one of his books and not be impressed. An entertaining must read!

Fascinating, practical and well narrated
Thought the selection of topics, the studies related to them and how they inter-relate was excellent and all topped off by a very engaging narrator who captures the sentiment perfectly. Thank you!!

Very well writen book, useful insights for life
Loved it. Dan Ariely brings his science to life with good story telling and extremely well thought examples. The audiobook quality ia great. Well done, can't wait for the next one.

Great Author- Great Narrator
I enjoyed listening to this audiobook much more than I'd expected. The content was predictably fascinating- really well-written; and the narration was exceptionally good. The finished product was entertaining, engaging and very easy listening.

Great ideas, expression and presentation
Having Simon Jones read this book was an inspired choice. The tone of the writing has that incredulous amazement at the folly and brilliance of human beings that Jones expressed so entertainingly on Douglas Adams' audio creations. Ariely's work into what motivates us is similarly sideways and draws on many different disciplines within social science and economics to design research that generates interesting and revealing experimental data. The interpretation of this data is always intelligent, perceptive and full of humour and humanity, and he is not afraid to discover unexpected richness in his results.
