Summary

Dragged out.
This story has a twist in the ending, however a lot of unnecessary and irrelevant characters. It keeps switching back to ‘before’ and ‘now’ I got very confused to what part I was actually listening to. It wasn’t a terrible listen but it really put me off with the swapping a changing as previously mentioned.

Enjoyable
Good plot, loved the way the characters were portrayed, a few little inconsistencies about the sister that’s why I have given this four stars. Worth a listen

Wow did not expect that!!!!
I loved this book, I am pretty good as guessing the ending but I DID NOT EXPECT THE TWO TWISTS!!! I couldnt put the book down, really well narrated hooks you in. Every chance I got I played the book between cooking meals, before bed time. Cant wait to read more from this author

Disappointed
I've listened to several of Shalini Boland's books but was quite deflated by this one unfortunately. I really didn't warm to the main character and found her a little annoying / a wet lettuce, so a bit frustrating really. I only started enjoying the story in the last few chapters when about 9/10's of the way into the book. Narration was excellent.
