Development project or rented cabins by the lake? Whichever owner gets the lake, also gets to deal with whatever is in the water! An interesting tale; gory with interesting characters. Micah Cottingham is a good narrator with an accent that suits the story.

Small town creature feature

This is a great quick read, packed full of action and some gore. Great narration!
