Not sure

I found this book quite hard work. The concept is very clever but I found the writing style slightly immature; the overuse of similes and description was repetitive and tiresome until I became immune to it and no longer registered the detail.
It might have been better if I had read the book rather than listened to it. The narration was a bit distracting. The continuous breathy earnestness of the narrator also became a bit wearisome as it never altered.
I will listen to the next book but I am not desperate to do so as I have been with other audible books.
