Fantastic look into Titan Warfare

Great and engaging story, lovely detail into the operation of titanic warfare and forge operations. The story is full of ups and downs and is classic Abnett. I will say the story wrapped up very quickly, abruptly finishing story arcs. the narrator wasn't the best I've heard nor the worst. I absolutely recommend it.

Really good but an acquired taste

I really enjoyed this audiobook and I did eventually get into the story but for a good initial chunk of the book it was just an endless stream of random characters in random situations doing random things with extreme levels of jargon thrown in. I was a WH40K fan thirty years back and you never forget mutch of it and thus I'd have been fine with modest amounts of undefined jargon (that you can mostly infer) but the shear volume of details meant I kind of gave up on detail for ages - you can listen to it that way but it's a pity as the story is actually pretty good when you connect.
I rate the narrator very highly having enjoyed several other of his books and he has a good command of distinct accents without going too far.
Would I recommend it? That depends on your interests - I suspect WH fans will lap it up but it's exciting even if that isn't totally your thing, but it won't be for everyone.

Good story and performance.

Only complaint was that it seemed a hurried ending with a couple of loose ends but overall good

Great, but...

Loved the story and the threads, but didn't like the way there was little to no pause when switching from characters sub stories, that made it hard to listen to in anything but long listening sessions

Exceptional

Having listened to quite a few black library 40k novels I’d have to say this is my favourite. It stands alone not part of any series and provides the reader with an exceptional look at the workings of a titan. However it does not simply focus there it looks at the lives of different people caught up in a world wide conflict. Highly recommended to anyone interested in this side of the 40k universe

Fantastic read

There are many different POVs throughout this book. Abnett must be a genius, the twists and turns of each individual character came together so sweetly near the end of the book.

Great read, learnt a lot about titans and the intricacies of the Mechanicus belief systems. Praise be the Omnissiah.
Well read again by Mr Longworth
