100% recommend.
before listening to this book i was having swim lessons from a swim teacher. they were so fixated on me doing bilateral breathing (ever 3 strokes) i decided to go to the pool and try every 2 strokes to breath as per tarens advice.
i instantly was able to do 50m.... before this i couldnt do 30m. id start my second 25m stint and be out of breath. im not after only 2 weeks of practicing on 2 stroke breathing (2 months after the start of lessons!!!) doing 100m lengths!
