Perfect.

Bought this audio book for my dad.

He listened immediately to the whole thing.

He is definitely less mobile and able to do the things he used to.

After listening once to whole thing he went through it slowly and started to do the exercises. He has become consistent with it and already helping.

Great Guidance

This book is a great way for seniors to keep active and maintain their health as they get older. But in reality it's not just for seniors. It explains and shows each exercise clearly, making it simple to do them the right way. It's really focused on lowering the risk of falling and boosting energy, balance, and flexibility, which are crucial for aging well.
