This book will cover every thing you need to understand the changes women go through through there 50's and hit their menopause. Understand the way their hormones are changing as well as what kind of symptoms to expect and how to go about relieving those symptoms. Educated me and my loved ones

My family is full of girls. I'm the guy who has always been interested in biology and science and whatnot, and so sometimes the women in my family will ask me questions. But when it came to women's hormones, I found myself at a weak point. Between listening to this book and having several members of my family listen to it, we feel much more informed as a group now. I will obviously never know these things as well as they do, but it feels like we are better connected now that I started attempting to learn. This book is written in easy-to-understand terms that means you don't have to be a biology expert to follow it and learn from it. Highly reccomended.

Unlocking info to understand issues

We wanted to listen to this audiobook together to help us both understand potential hormonal imbalances and what we could do naturally to help the symptoms. I was so glad to har the author include chapters on proper diet and herbs as a method to improve overall health, and thus an imbalance. Great information and lots of suggestions for helping overcome a hormonal imbalance, and how best to treat and help reduce the stress from it.

Clear, Science Based Information

I feel like this gave me the conversation I'd love to have with my doctor if she had the time. This audiobook provided detailed information in a way that actually made sense for me. It was written to be relatable so I could see how and why my hormones affect me and why it's important so now I have a better idea of what I should pay attention to and what's normal and not a big deal. The narrator’s tone was engaging and easy to listen to. Definitely recommend if you want to get real, science based explanations. It's really been helpful for me.
