It Captured Me
I have no reason to listen to this except for the reason why we all should; the best people in life are the ones that make you feel welcome. Hospitality should be everywhere. Will is the right man with the right message at the right time.

Genuinely thought provoking
I rarely find books that I read and find myself thinking about over and over. This is definitely one of them. I think it’s a bit much to say that we are now in a hospitality economy, but there are some great takeaways.

The passion for hospitality
