Don’t Look Now and then some
Initially this story reminded me of the film Don’t Look Now; it revolved around children and a holiday away to deal with loss, however, it went so much further in unexpected ways! Excellent story and narration, highly recommended.

Enjoyable
Great characterisation, despite being a short story. An engaging storyline well told and also well narrated. Have downloaded more of this authors work.

Creepy Stuff
I found this book to have a genuinely disturbing and bleak atmosphere. The plot was gripping and whilst not original it had depth and a suitable climax.I will seek out more by this author. The reading was excellent.

A good, immersive story, I got totally lost in it
I loved this tale and it's well performed. I got totally lost in it, and didn't forsee the tale at any point. Thoroughly enjoyable.

not bad but not wholly original
well read/ performed but in my opinion , lifted from both Daphne du Maurier's Dont Look Back , and The Omen. still quite spooky tho

Chilling
I love a good ghost story and this one gave me chills at times. Very well narrated. I am also lucky enough to have lived in the area he writes about all my life so can visualise all the places he describes; my great grandmother and great aunts lived behind the Silent Woman (Silent Lady in the story) so I was thoroughly swept up in it. Going to try not to look into the trees next time I go to Worbarrow!!
