Wonderfully modern

I loved how inclusive the book was, taking into account more genders than two.

Highly recommend

I absolutely adore this book.

This book is exactly what you need for when you are just coming into the craft and exploring but also if you have some experience of the craft and are still researching.

This is exactly what I wanted in the earlier books I've read on these topics. I love how much it's about growing yourself and your path. The tone is so accessible too it feels so conversational and non judgemental. It really does feel like she's having a conversation with you without any judgement or off tone.

I love the general tone of the book the author is so real and doesn't have this is the way and the only way tone which is so refreshing.

It truly is a guide to creating your path and she actually helps guide you and give you the tools in which to do. I especially enjoyed chapters 3 and 6 for this.

Narrator

It was an excellent book however the narrators voice was really annoying. I had to persevere at times listening to the audio book however I would have read it no problem.

The Narrator is so annoying

Really didn’t like this book.
I can see it might give new witches a sense of confidence to go their own way but if you know anything about witchcraft it’s pretty dull.

It’s mainly the writer boasting about her own practice and a load of old fluff and nothing very deep.
Just a load of hot topics that every witch is posting about on Instagram like
‘The patriarchy’, DNA and skin colour which seems to come up in so many of the chapters.

How is sounded...

Me me me...
When I did this...
When I did that...

Yawn.

It’s the least magical book on witch craft I’ve ever read/listened too.

Then on top of that the narrator has the most annoying voice and you can hear her breathe really loudly and deeply after every couple of words

Very disappointing as this book was highly recommended on YouTube reviews.
