About this listen
There are many versions of the Cinderella story. Not one of them, however, points out that one does not have to wear the glass slipper—even if it fits.

reconnecting of family
To find out her true parentage changes Cinderellas view of the only person other than her father that she has come to trust and makes her question the motivation behind granting her her wishes to go to the ball.
Within this short story their is a tale of self discovery and the start of healing unintended wounds between the two women, seeing the if not total acceptance but the willingness to understand each other is lovely and the hope that they will heal the fractured the bond of family between them, seeing the tentative beginning of apologies and a real desire to help each other succeed is really great
Virginia Ferguson gives real heart and strength to the two women of the story.
