About this listen
Lights, camera, assassin....
A Hollywood movie shoot comes to town and journalist Cendrine West is eager for a scoop. Her witchy family also wants in on the action, but shenanigans with the stars soon turn to Tinseltown tragedy.
Bodies are piling up faster than a coven's worth of curses, and everything points back to Cen's starstruck family. They will stop at nothing in their quest for supernatural stardom, even if that means meddling in a murder investigation.
The witches have created one spell of a mess and given the killer a chance to get away with murder. Cen resorts to her own blend of supernatural justice to keep her family in check, but can she unmask the killer before he strikes again?
Welcome to the wild, wild Wests!
Witch & Famous is for fans of a paranormal mystery, cozy mystery, and wickedly funny witches.
This book can be heard as a standalone mystery, but if you want to know more about the Westwick Witches and their family history, you can start with book one: Witch You Well.

Amusing, thrilling, the characters have it all
Hollywood has arrived! Famous faces, cameras, visitors, all arrive & a movie is about to be filmed. Not only that but Aunt Amber is in town & is aspiring to lead with her shining star. Aunt Pearl though is determined to keep herself in the front!
Then the bodies start well appearing!
Cendrine is so patient with her aunts & so is her Mam! How are these all related?
Fab books & audiobooks. I really look forward to the new additions coming out.
Amusing, thrilling, annoying, the characters have it all.

Highly likable cozy mystery story
I listened to this on audiobook.
I'll be the first to admit that I don't usually read Cozy mysteries, however this four part book series appealed to me because of the Witches and magic contained within said stories. So because of that I decided to give the first book "Witch You Well" a go and I'm very glad that I did. So it was a no brained to continue on with the series.
So book 3 Witch & Famous has probably been my least favourite of the series so far, not sure why, I just didn't get the same feeling as I did with the other two books. It might have been because there was too much going on and far too many new characters which i guess one expects when story is set around a film set. It was full on action and entertaining still though.
I thoroughly enjoyed being reacquainted with the characters of Cen, Pearl, Ruby and the Sheriff again. I wasn't highly keen on aunt Amber who had a bigger part to play in this book, I just didn't gel with her like I did with the other main characters. One thing I really did like thouģh, was that Cen is finally practising her use of spells more, but she's still got a little way to go yet.
So all in all, this has still been a likable story and i am very much looking forward to to reading book 4, which is the last book to the series.

Light! camera! Death!
This is my third book in the WWCM series and I've listened to them all pretty close together. They are all really well written and I love all of the characters. The aunts are hilarious and I really like the fact that the heroine Cen is not a very good witch. It makes her more realistic somehow. I like a character with flaws.
This one for me was 4 stars because I wasn't really grabbed by the whole movie set scenario. But I'm sure that's just me so don't let that put you off.
The narrator is superb though - the voices she uses are perfect for the characters.
I can wholeheartedly recommend this series.

Very Enjoyable
I really enjoyed it. All the favourite characters are back especially the crazy aunt. The story has plenty of magic and murder. Another one that didn't disappoint. The narrator was superb as well.

A light entertaining mystery
A fun and light mystery with humour. I enjoyed listening to this book. The mystery was really good. I want expecting the body count to be so high! An entertaining read.
I voluntarily reviewed an advance reading audio copy.

Another great Cozy Mystery
Another great Westwick Witches tale. Hollywood comes to town and somehow Aunt Amber has landed a leading role. Cendrine suspects witchcraft is involved but hopes to land a scoop interviewing the famous actors. When the leading man is murdered there are plenty of suspects but when Aunt Amber is accused Cendrine is determined to find the killer.

3 is the magic number
I have really enjoyed listening to this series and getting to know the characters. Aunt Pearls bickering with her sisters, is completely relatable as I am one of three.
I love the fact that each book has its own story so the books could be read out of order, yet the back story continues to grab and develop as you progress through the series.
I will certainly be recommending these easy listening books to friends and family. My eldest has just started listening to book1 (aged 10)

Stardom and Magic.
Westwick is buzzing as Hollywood comes to town in the guise of a top director and film crew. Cendrine's witch family wants stardom, very badly, so witchcraft is afoot as events start to turn nasty. Cen, trying to get a scoop for her newspaper, is in the middle of it all and her partner, the Sheriff, is trying to solve the crimes. Very nicely written with plenty to keep the listener entertained. The excellent narration makes this a thuroughly enjoyable audiobook.
