Inspirational Audiobook for Fasting

I have heard so much about different fasting techniques for women and I have always been intrigued to give it a shot, but I have been well known around my circle for becoming "hangry" when my belly is empty. I was very happy to come across this audiobook, very much enjoyed listening to it, and have already started to build my own fasting routine. There are so many health benefits to fasting. I learned all about the science behind it, how to start fasting safely, and even fasting through menopause, which is right around the corner for me. I loved the recipes that are included the list of nutrient dense food that is provided as well. Highly recommend this book!

What I like about "Women's Fasting 101..." By Patricia Brightwell, is all of the tremendous value women are given to reach their peak health! You discover the science of fasting, doing it safely, the effects on the menstrual cycle, fasting and menopause and so much more! In addition you get a list of nutrient dense food as well as the recipes to prepare it! As I said , this audio book has a ton of value for the woman who is serious about improving her health!
