Great for relaxation

Similar techniques to the ones I have witnessed in a monastery. Becoming very aware of your body for the best possible relaxation and improved mental wellbeing. This book is worth your time!

Sehr entspannend & beruhigend

Ich habe in letzter Zeit öfters Schlafprobleme gehabt aufgrund von Stress und Sorgen, deshalb wurde mir dieses Hörbuch empfohlen. Es hat mir sehr geholfen, mich zu entspannen und ich merke nach mehreren Tagen Hörens, dass ich tiefer schlafe. Mir gefällt besonders , dass es verschiedene Längen gibt und die Stimme finde ich sehr sanft und warm. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Excellent gift!

I picked this up for my German friend and I couldn't stop hearing all the positive elements of this book! This really put her in a relaxed mood and gave quite the listening experience! The narrator seemed to deliver the content very well and at a very comfortable pace with a calm tone. There are many English meditation scripts out there but I'm happy that the author catered this book to Germans and those who are learning! 5 stars!
