Rather predictable
I wanted to like this but there was a lot of repetitive and predictable behaviour portrayed. I also wanted to be very wrong about a couple of story Lines but I wasn’t.
At one point I thought there was going to be a Bobby Ewing in the shower moment but thankfully not!

A thrilling, nerve jangling story...
A roller coaster of a story brilliantly narrated. The characters all well defined and credible. The narration kept up the tension obviously intended by the author, leading the listener further and further into the dark corners of Elle’s nightmare. Thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic gripping story with lots of twists!

Loved it
Great story, setting, and twists.
Have enjoyed all of Lucy Clarke’s novels & maybe this one the most. (Least fave is Castaways, for reference for those seeking recommendations from readers with similar tastes)

Wow- amazing story!!
Best book I've listened to in a while!! I highly recommend for anyone who enjoys a gripping psychological thriller! I could not stop listening to it as the story was so intense and well written.
