Summary

The finale of the Zombie Road tale. It's been a month since the outbreak, and the survivors of the zombie apocalypse have started a new life in a walled city. There are still a few enemies that need to be dealt with, the kind that can think and plan, and they can be more devastating than a horde of the undead.

Awesome series!

I loved this instalment, the main character’s storylines expand and the plot thickens (no spoilers here). There are plenty more scenes which kept me on the edge of my seat and a hand over my mouth which was agape. There was a brilliant joke in there too....about clowns.....well I thought it was funny.

I have already downloaded book 4 so it’s ready for me to listen to now.

Don’t get hit by a bus hahaha

Very Enjoyable

Well coming to the end of this I was gutted to find out it was a 3 part series. Knowing there is a Zombie Road 4 I assumed it carried on. But you know what they say about assuming. I have really enjoyed another take on the zombie takeover.

Jesse stupid

I like this but Jesse is so stupid it makes me so angry. The Muslims fuck that was good written made me so sad and angry just listening to what they did to the kids and thinking that was happening in real life as well in the middle east

Wow! amazing read

Wow...Just wow! Such a good book. This is the third book, I listened to them all back to back in under a week, couldn't stop! So well written, the author really knows what he is doing. Such tense moments built up so well, then bringing it back down but still keeping me on the edge, unable to stop listening! Awesome characters, scary zombies, brilliantly written. Best zombie books ever. Can't wait to get listening to the next two books and I really hope there are more after that! Thank you David and Eric :-) x

Road Heads get outsmarted.

Would you consider the audio edition of Zombie Road III: Rage on the Rails to be better than the print version?

Narrator is is very good at the characters. Books pace and story arch is excellent.Big set piece battles flow fluidly and are very well written.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Zombie Road III: Rage on the Rails?

The darker side of jaded people finding excuses for their loyalties.

What about Eric A. Shelman’s performance did you like?

Does all the character with separation and with confidence. I know who he is portraying without prompts.

Did you have an emotional reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

No but found myself willing certain characters to make it through.

Any additional comments?

Series comes across from a very American point of view. But nothing wrong with that considering the view point of the main protagonists. The fact that any fundamentalist bent on opening the Pandora`s box of an indiscriminate zombie plague, bent on destroying civilization could be justified is crazy. This would only leave us all doomed to a Darwinian life of living like animals as pure prey. I mean how stupid could they be? Not to mention as the books touches on, the lowlifes of society would become empowered by the lack of law and order. Thus further making surviving a hell on wheels unless you drive the truck or train with a big ass gun and plenty of ammo to boot. Honestly I really like this series and find it deeply engaging.
