It's been a while since I've published a new podcast or YouTube video. I've been busy growing Self Publishing School. Standards and Pitfalls to consider when weighing an equity offer:
1. Think of points as a percentage
2. Vesting schedule
3. Double the time and ¼ the value

Questions to ask yourself when thinking about accepting an equity offer:
1. Has this founder exited before
2. How long is the vesting schedule
3. Likelihood of an exit and your dilution
4. Product market fit?
5. Do I want to be here for 5 - 10 years?
6. Worst and best case scenario?
