    Helen works with Radiographers and Nurses to help them slay the anxiety, stress and overwhelm.

    Helen was a Radiographer and a Histology MLA before having her 2 boys.

    Helen lives and works in Cumbria, and is a no-nonsense, fast, effective and dynamic anxiety therapist.

    Having had a few sessions myself with Helen, I can vouch for the fast and effective changes she makes.
