Too American

This is an interesting story, spoiled by poor production. There are too many Americanisms which detract from the enjoyment of the story.

Math or maths

This is set in London with British accents but obvious Americanisms like math instead of maths. Simple point but idiotic
producer who insisted on that.

Mediocre

The English accents are terrible. The dialogue is full of Americanisms. No attention has been paid the the language of its time. The writer is clearly writing for an American audience but he does them a disservice in thinking they would not understand Victorian English.
