    He was a member of the original Faculty of the world’s first university-based Coaching Psychology program at the University of Sydney, co-author (with Tony Grant and Michael Cavanagh) of the world’s first evidence based coaching psychology text, a foundation committee member of the world’s first coaching psychology interest group within the Australian Psychological Society and a contributor to the world’s first set of Workplace Coaching Standards for Standards Australia.

He is also Chair of the City of London Law Society Training Committee and co-founder of multi-award-winning City Century, a more-than-50-firm collaboration annually recruiting ca 150 solicitor apprentices into London. Patrick founded the Society’s Social Welfare Solicitor Qualification Fund for which he raised over £1m which will support over 100 early lawyers.
