When it comes to Trauma Affected people dealing with traumatic triggering environments. Trauma-sensitive learning environments are much needed in public education classrooms for teachers and school administrators. Teachers are not babysitters but caregivers. However, teachers and school administrators must strengthen their emotional and social skills. For example, how to communicate effectively and how academic professionals at all levels handle stressful situations in the classroom and throughout school campuses.

Mr. Earnest Gamble, Sr is an African American, Gen-X, Male who was a parent, volunteer, and then a headstart substitute teacher in Jacksonville Urban League Early Childhood Education Learning Center as a floater in predominate communities of color neighborhoods during 1991-1993, where it was a dire need for children of color to have the basic communication, reading, writing, mathematical skills to prepare them for first grade in Duval County Public Schools in Jacksonville, FL.
