Love this!!!
Beautifully narrated, soulful sounds, calming, inspiring and evidence based. Compulsory listening for all, should be taught in schools. A precious gem amidst the chaos!

Great mixture of sounds, very informative too & educational. Alex is great to listen to
Love all of it, especially the thunder and whale songs. Not usually a fan of birdsong but this was nice, not too busy. Loved the nostalgia sounds, walking around the fun fair at the seaside etc. Calms my anxiety really well during the night. Everyone needs to listen to this series, to remind themselves of the beautiful world in which we live.

The perfect balm in a busy world
Beautifully presented. A timeless gem that can be listened to again and again. It is so easy to feel overwhelmed by the way we live and to lose connection with what really matters. This simply transported me. I could feel my shoulders drop and my breathing slow. Just take a moment and listen. And then listen again. You won’t regret it.
