Great to aid sleep
Love Jamie’s voice needs to have longer of him talking. Love the Amazonia rainforest and the Mexican beach not as keen on the others

Beautiful I love this , Jamie Forman’s soft Irish lilt
Is so comforting and I always love the sound of rain
along with the soft background noises of the forest animals, It makes you believe that you are truly there
