Friend of the show, BBQ genius and caterer Blair Tomkinson joins us for a yarn to discuss all things smoking, cooking and how he got deep in to the BBQ game with his business, Bears BBQ, which has won the WIA wedding caterer of the year award in Mackay and the Whitsundays in 2023 and 2024. Blair takes us through his creative process for creating menus, how he integrated his fabrication skills into creating some incredibly deadly smokers and some of the wildest recipes he has seen fellow people in the BBQ competition undergo.
